Yes, but actually no. PoliCromix is not built on top of a blockchain, but it has support for several cryptocurrencies.
Is PoliCromix free to play?
Yes. When you sign in, you get a compliment cards pack and some tokens to purchase stuff from the shop without spending cash. There are premium goods that can be paid with cash though.

PoliCromix is a digital trading cards game with a different approach: cards are octagonal and they are put to fight in boards that can hold melee battles of eight players.
