He started at the bottom working for his uncle in the family business which was to sell homemade fast food for all those diners who didn't have so much time to prepare their sacrosanct food before going to work (or that their ladies wouldn't throw him lunch). He is skilled when it comes to using kitchen accessories which include gas-based objects such as a blowtorch, stove, fryer, sharp and sharp-edged objects, making him an adversary to be reckoned with.

He once had an altercation with a diner who was not satisfied with the service and they had a fight. The diner claimed that what he said had come out of the Bqq blob was sweet and sour blood, others said it was the house special sauce he had smeared on his cheek after eating a nice steak.
