This is one of those days in a project's life where a line is drawn.
Before today, PoliCromix was in heavy coding mode. Basic features were added, tuned and debugged.
Especially during the past weeks, with the Steam version, we had to finish the crucial pendings checklist. And we did!
Turn passing / match give up implemented

These functions were there, but not implemented. We revisited them and, after minor tuning, we added the triggers.
And with the implementation, the gameplay is now as planned.
These are the differences against the previous implementation:
- 3 turn passes = give up.
You can pass 2 times, and the third one will take you out of the match:
- In PvP matches, the third pass makes you yield to the opponent.
- In multiplayer matches, you're skipped for the rest of the match.
- Nobody can abort a match.
At the top right of the board, a icon allowed any of the players to abort the match.
This was a temporary measure put there during development and beta testing.
The behavior changed.
Now, if you want to get out of a match, you either give up, which has the same effects as the third pass explained above, or hit the icon to close the board.
The match will keep open until it is automatically declared as abandoned. More on this below.
Added an abandoned matches monitor
On the gameserver, a bot is constantly running to close abandoned matches:
- Matches created by someone that weren't challenged after 3 hours.
- Matches that started, but the last action was recorded more than 10 minutes ago.
This bot also helps when bad actors engage in PvP or multiplayer battles in a very simple way: closing the board without giving up.
Leave the punk alone and the bot will abort the match.
Added a help section

In the previous release, we removed an info section from the splash. It was moved to the "App info" tab on this new page.
Also, we added the relevant entries from the FAQs and Tips & tricks forums on the website.
We had a bug reporting tool that was accessible through an icon at the bottom left of the screen.
For Steam, we'll rely on the Community Hub.
Check this tab to learn the best way to submit a report so we can attend as fast as possible.
The cherry on top: new content
We included in this release the second chapter of The Stars Court!

The saga continues. 17 years after the end of the chapter 1, our heroes are thrown at a quest that will change their lives.
Typical hero's journey. But with a flavored twist that can only be achieved by Cheesewizard, our talented writer.
Other changes were pushed, including fixes to some TSC and Tavindax boards and typos.
What comes next
Content. We'll focus on content.
We are working already on the second chapter of the Tavindax book.
We're also working on a nice surprise. You'll know about it pretty soon.
For now, we can only give you a hint about it: the protagonists are called "BPS" — with a P, not a T.
By the time our game is launched on Steam, you won't suffer of lack of contents. There will be a lot for you to enjoy!
