A couple of hours ago we got an email from X mentioning the suspension of our account.
We aren't sure of the reason behind the resolution, but it is possible it was due of some parody accounts we made for some of our characters, as part of an idea to give them more "life" through interaction in posts from our main account.
We submitted an appeal already, explaining this situation and our willingness to correct any wrongdoing.
We can only hope to get it unsuspended, but we will follow the rules and won't make any extra account to circumvent the decision, so, if you get hit by any new PoliCromix account on X, it won't be ours.
