Some cards that are not included in any deck still have the "in-a-deck" marker at the bottom, and therefore can't be moved to the stash. All the cards I've won frm training in the new Streamer Universe for example, but others too.

Yes! you're right. It was a bug on the server side: it didn't remove from the former owner's deck the card after giving it to you, so the card was technically in a deck, but it wasn't your deck.
This bug only affected the "in-deck" flag... doesn't mean the card was still available in the other player's deck - that check is OK.
We fixed it on the server side, so next time you go to the inventory, you'll be able to stash/unstash them.
We added the missing removal from decks after ownership change, but we'll have to run a cleanup process on the cards database to purge unneeded data.
