I dont know where to put this but i planted more than 30 of them, but they dont gain from greenhouse. Is it bug? Maybe worth to check. Planted them on gold pot,some with S Fertilizer.

I've seen your jobs. You put very high level cards to farm... they would take several runs to gain a level.
That's not a bug, it is the nature of the leveling system: the higher your level, the more XPs you'll need to level up, and that applies to cards and players.
Just check the card details: it says how much XPs they have and how much are needed to level up, and if you compare it against the amount of XPs given by farming rounds, well, there you'll have it.
